Delete your Zero Timer account

1. Open Zero Timer and go to Settings.
2. Tap Email Address & Password.
3. Tap Delete Account, confirm your email address and tap Delete Account again.

Your account is deleted immediately.

No access to the app anymore? Write to info@icystudios.de from the email address of your account with the subject “Delete my Zero Timer account”. We delete your account and confirm by email.

Your account (email address, sign-in with Apple or Google), your display name and avatar, and all planner content stored in the cloud: clocks, notes, to-dos, reviews, birthdays, drawings and settings. This cannot be undone.

Entries that are stored only on your device stay there until you delete the app. Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own rules. Support messages are deleted at the latest 12 months after your request has been handled.

Deleting your account does not cancel a running Pro subscription. Please cancel it in the subscription settings of your Apple ID or Google Play account.
